Please give us a minimum of 24 hours notice of any cancellations. If we do not receive any communication regarding a cancellation, we reserve the right to charge the full cost of the service. 

CookerClean Oven Cleaning shall not be held responsible for damage caused by the quality of the oven to be cleaned if the damage was not detected during a professional inspection. If we detect damage, we will point it out as soon as possible.

For any damage caused during cleaning, the cleaner shall be liable only when gross negligence can be proved and then to the full and unlimited cost of replacement. Liability shall otherwise be limited to the price of cleaning. Any damage must be pointed out to the cleaner before they leave the premises.
